Step 1: Get the Latest Software!
Just download TeamBox from here, then run the installer!
Step 2: Start the Application
After running the installer it will seem like nothing has happened. That is by design. From here you'll need to start the application. We conveniently put an entry in your start menu under TeamSolutions. See this screenshot:

Step 3: Run TeamBox
After starting the application, it will put an item in the TaskTray of your system. See screenshot here:

Double Click this icon to open the main TeamBox screen. This screen (seen below) will show you status of the application and other relevant information.

Step 4: Configure the Settings
You'll now need to configure the settings for the application. Simply click the configure button to open the settings. On this screen you'll have the following settings to configure:
- POP3 incoming email settings
- Automated email response settings (more info below)
- TFS server connection settings
- Work Item configuration settings
See screenshot here:

Step 5: Automated Email Response
One of the coolest features of TeamBox is the ability to have the application automatically respond to the original sender with an email confirmation. This is especially powerful when you use it in conjunction with TeamLook. The email message is plain text and customizable to be whatever text you want in there (such as legal disclaimers at the bottom, etc). See the screenshot here:
Below is an example of the email response you get back from TeamBox. Our seamless integration with TeamLook allows you to quickly (and easily) open that work item if you are connected to TFS. Simply click on the 'Open Work Item' button in the message header as shown below. This will open the full work item form from TFS.

Step 6: Save & Start
Once you have configured all your settings just hit the Save & Start button at the bottom. That will take you back to the main status screen and you can watch away as Work Items are automatically created from the emails received!
